COMMENCEMENT SONG

All We Could Do

Young as we are
We may seem so immature
Yet deep in our hearts
We want to prove our worth
This world is so wide
Sometimes it’s best to hide
But hiding is for losers
In life’s greatest battle

Refrain:

This is a big endeavor
For neophyte like us
But we can do it and we can make it
For whatever it’s worth…

Chorus:

This is all that we could do
All we could give and share
Simple efforts, little triumphs
From our minds and from our hands
It may seem so impossible
It may seem oh so obscure
To make the world a better place
For everyone, the human race…

As time passes by
Our works will be reconized
‘Cause deep in our soul

We want to prove our worth
This world is so wide
It’s never best to hide
‘Cause success is this moment
Is a big achievement

(repeat refrain and chorus)

Bridge:

All that we could offer
Is peace and strength of character
Let’s love and help one another
To win this game called life…

(repeat refrain)

Chorus II:

This is all that we could do
All we could give and share
Simple efforts, little triumphs
From our minds and from our hands
It is not so impossible
It is not oh so obscure
To make the world a better place
For everyone, the human race…
